Nobody need Bottom Margin?! 1

Dear all,

I need to print information on a pre-printed A4 size statement. The bottom of statement got almost 3 inches of pre-printed sentenses. Therefore, I need to force the printer to print on next page when it reach the last 3 inch of the statement. But I can't find any command about bottom margin from the foxpro help library. Anyone know how to force the rest of information to be printed on next page? Or is it possible to use the system variable _plineno or _plength for this issue? I check with the foxpro help library but it just say both are system variables. How can I use these variables?

HI

1. Are you using code or using report designer ?

2. If code, how do you skip the page and print page footer. YOu can do the same and print the footer when the required number of lines are reached or give the command.. EJECT at the appropriate line numbers are reached.

3. If you are using report designer, make the length of the the Page footerFooter to appropraite size to occupy about the 3 inches, though the footer may be left empty. VFP will take care of the rest.

4. If you are having problem in skiping for any other reason that 'eject' command is not working..
simply add statement to print blank lines between, 48th line to 66th line of each page.

Dear Ramani,

Thanks for your info. Yes, I can now control it by adjust the footer bar. But I have to print a label "P.T.O" if more info print on second page. I put the "P.T.O" label inside the footer and mark the check box of When detail overflow to new page. It print nothing with this setting. If I mark also the Print repeated values, it print the label on every page even it has only one page for specific client. Any futher information?
