I have an employee at my office which is having no luck logging in to our VPN while she is at home. At first we thought that she was not allowed because she was trying to access it past 6pm and her profile did have time policies which closed at 6pm. When I changed it to 9pm, she was still unable to login at 615pm. Her profile can access the remote connection when she is at work but not at home. When she tries to login, she received the error:
"The information you provided does not match an existing account"
If she is using the same login information that she uses at work, what could be the issue?
