maybe someone knows the problem. I called a hotline today and ended up on hold. When the employee answered my call, he didn't hear me. I could hear him, but my voice was not transmitted. A call back from the hotline, again via the hotline queue, same problem. No voice transmission from me to the other party.
Does anyone know the problem or have any ideas as to what could be the cause?
