No voice transmission after waiting on hold

Hello,
maybe someone knows the problem. I called a hotline today and ended up on hold. When the employee answered my call, he didn't hear me. I could hear him, but my voice was not transmitted. A call back from the hotline, again via the hotline queue, same problem. No voice transmission from me to the other party.
Does anyone know the problem or have any ideas as to what could be the cause?

Do you have "keepalives" enabled (in the LAN interface config)?
 
Where is the IP Office - at your end or the hotline end? Were you testing your own system? Does this happen anywhere else (call you own mobile and test what happens when you hold the call).

If you want help, add some details rather than just the bare minimum.
 
Upgrade the system to 11.1.3.2.0

There was a Bug I found across multiple sites specifically with J 179s, unplugging the phone and plugging it back in again would occasionally fix the issue for a short period of time. or as reboot of the IPO itself tended to help

that helps me for now. I'll think about upgrading to version 12 right away.
Has anyone already upgraded to version 12 and can give me tips on what I should pay particular attention to?
