No voice on conference calls using digital phones 1

Anyone ever have an issue with no voice using the conference button to make a conference call? I have a customer that when they try a conference call they lose all voice on that call. It shows conference on the displays but can’t talk to each other. I looked in system status and it shows them using conference resources and shows it on active calls. Could there be something wrong with the ip500v2?

it does indeed sound like a faulty conf chip in the IP500V2

I agree with IPGURU, we already had to replace one recently
