Hello. I need help in this problem "no voice greeting (although it was) when dialing a local number 6355161"
Remotely connect and see the following:
Code:
ld 20
REQ: prt
TYPE: idc
IDGT CDGT 6355161 0000009

Further I tryed to find it in CDGT, but it is not listed this 0000009. It seems he has a DISA.
Code:
ld 20
REQ: prt
TYPE: ght

Is it possible to see the location and return the voice greeting remotely? Or only on station?

I'm not sure that I understand your question?. Are you saying that you can dial the 6355161 number OK?. Is 6355161 an internal extension number?. Do you have to dial any other digits before or after the number?.

If you are calling from outside the system, then what is the full number dialled. The reason for my questions are because I don't understand why the IDC table has an internal number of 0000009?

If you go into LD 20 then do a DNB on 0000009 to see what it is. If 6355161 is supposed to be an internal number, then perhaps all you need to do in the IDC table is to change 0000009 to 6355161 so that incoming calls go straight to the internal number.
