No VMpro Beep after greeting is played

please leave yout message after the beep" problem is that there is no beep. i bounced the server last night and today a million complaints that vmpro doesnt beep after the greeting is finished. has anyone seen this before or know the fix ? thanks for any info

What version? I think this was a bug some time ago.

found the problem thanks. after the reboot an old diffserv qos policy on one of the netgear switches became active again. the policy was bottle necking vmpro.
