I have just set up some new phones on an Phone8 module and 1 of them (which appears to be set up correctly on the Manager/Extensions tab) comes through as "No User" not the extension it should be.

Any ideas?

You either have a extension doubled OR/ in your extension field have no extension relating to the User.

I had a look at these and doesn't seem to be the case.

I will try and delete the extension and recreate from scratch to make sure no dupes - thanks for the pointer

Have you also tried just unplugging the phone and pulgging it back in?

Ahh!

Yes it is set to Force Log in and these are phones without screens so I couldn't tell...

Thanks for all the advise this has sorted it
