No underscore on command button hotkey text

My command button text includes an ampersand defining a hotkey (e.g., btnAddProject.Text is Add &Project)

The "p" works as a hot key, but the underscore doesn't show up on the button.

Can I get the underscore to show up?

Just press the Alt key and it will show up. That is the default behavior for that with buttons and on the menus.

I don't know if there is anything you can do to change that.
