I have a really weird thing going on with one of our customers BCM400 3.7 When I log into to it using Unfied manger on my laptop I get no sub directory's under Telephony. No Lines, no sets, nothing.
All other PC's on there Network have everything showing fine. I have rebooted the BCM still nothing.
Any thoughts, could I need to reload the JAVA files on my laptop.
