no speech path on between ip phone and G700

Hi
I have some trouble with S8300,G700 and ip phone 4610.
On incoming call some time, i pickup the call and i have no speech path.
This the trace that i have on trunk.
All line trace that begin wtih the sign # it's call without
speech path.

what is the type of trunk?
and what software version you use?

I use ds1 card for tunk access PRI/ISDN type
The acm is version 3.0

i think, first you need to upgrade to 3.1.2 with latest updates. or try install latest updates to 3.0 and latest mg firmware and voip firmware, cause 3.0 was very bad software

Before upgrading try reseting the gateway and the voip engine and then upgrade.

I had the same issues with 3.0. Upgrade to 3.1 solved it.
