No Speech path Between sites

I have got a problem. If there is a Call between 2 sites there is no speech path. This Only happends between a Few I2002 Phones.
I have replaced the phone. Didn't help
I have reinstalled the Firmware for the Phones. Didn't Help
I have installed the latest Firmware,Didn't Help
I have treid another Network port. Didn't Help
I have installed the al the deplists in the sigserver MC32 cards and the Call server.

There connected to the customer networks with the NRS server

Both the systems are CS1000S on release 4.5

Can some one help me

If it is only happening on a few phones you should check the zone config is correct for these phones.

Make sure that they are in the same zone and that the appropriate codecs are installed at both sites.

Nortel's NTP's are a little confusing on how to set zones but the VPNI should be set to 1 on both sites. If it is different then you will get no or one way transmission.

Normal config could be:

VPNI = 1
Site A = zone 1
Site B = zone 2
Virtual trunks = zone 255

It's also worth checking to see if all the virtual trunks are installed and registered.
