No speech on handover b/w GWs on MXOne 4.1 TSE

Hi Friends.....

I am installing integrated DECT on MXOne 4.1 SP4 with 2 MGW
MGW1 - 3 ELU31/3
MGW2 - 2 ELU31/3
Made Ring Sync between first ELU31 on MGW1 and first ELU31 on MGW2 for Air Sync.

Connected 1 base station (BS1) on MGW1 and 1 base station (BS2) on MGW2

2 DECT subscribed on BS1 can call and speak then on active call when 1 DECT moves from BS1(MGW1) to BS2(MGW2) handover takes place successfully call is active but no speech and when comes back again to BS1(MGW1) with again successful handover call is active and speech come back again.

Kindly help to solve the speech issue when one of the DECT having active call within BS1(MGW1) moves to BS2(MGW2).

When both the DECT with active call moves to BS2(MGW2) there is no problem means call and speech is fine.
