No sound when forwarding or twinning

We have a issue with our IP500V2. When we forward a call or use mobile twinning on an extension we get no sound in either way. My idea was to uncheck "Allow direct media path" with no result, we also checked the firewall and nothing appears to be blocked when we make calls and also all UDP ports are open for traffic leaving the network. We ure using a SIP trunk from a SIP provider.

You have any ideas what it could be?

You have to enable RTP keep alive

I tried setting the RTP Keepalive to Scope:RTP and Initial Keepalives: Enabled, still no effect.

Try playing with the refer settings.
It could be that your provider does not like refer but wants Re-invite.
