No sound on VMPRO when using SIP Line but works perfectly on PRI

Hey Guys,

I have a new IPOffice using PRI right now on release 11.1.2 and teams integration without any issue except that I have no sound when the incoming call route is programed on a VM menu.

On PRI I always have sound but when using SIP trunk I have no sound coming from vmpro but if I call a phone or a teams user it works fine.

Any ideas?

Possible firewall issue.

turn off SIP and H323 inspect inside the firewall.

Or no VCM channels.

Need more details on how your system is built.?

Do your sip lines even work .?
 
Sip line are woking just fine on SIP phones or teams user. Firewall looks good. It's like the VMPRO don't send any sound at all. When the test did point on a user it work fine , I have sound both ways but if the voicemail pick up I have no sound(no greeting). If I point the did to a menu, no sound, If i point the did to a teams user I have no problem.

It's a server edition so I don't think VCM is an issue.

make sure that keepalives are enabled, it is disabled by default which is typical of Avaya they seem to always choose an inappropriate default.

Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
