No sound on avi's

I am having a little problem with video. I create a projector file and put it to a CD. It plays on my machine and works fine but when i run the projector from another computer (from the CD) it plays the video but no sound.
Is there something i should add to the cd?
Is it getting a file from my Director on my computer?

I ran just the video files from the other computers and then ran fine not in the Director Projector file.

Help is needed ASAP !

I have similar problem and still haven´t found a cure:

In my construction I foun that AVIS loose their sound when any other sloun is o was playing on a soundchannel; this is, if the avi plys by itself sound can be heard, but if some other sound WAS playing before it prevents the avi sound to play (even if i stop the other sound way before the avi playa o if the avi is set o another movie an then use a ply movie x command)

If anybody knows about this please help

you can try this on the start movie:

set the soundDevice to "macromix"
