no signal from expansion module port

could get some suggestion? i have ip office 406 DS and expansion module Analog POTS30V2. I have any signals from expansion, so i have connected avaya phones to ip office BD ports. How to make work analog ports? Maybe version doesnt fit?

It is the correct version. At that revision the modules are always two versions higher. Make sure to use the Avaya shielded cable that comes with the modules as it isn't a ethernet connection and standard patch cords don't work very well if at all.

the cable is original. I can manage analog module from IP office manager.Every settings of i have checked with another ip office 406, - its the same. So i dont know, where is the problem
 
the screenshot you have in your original post, is that from the upgrade manager?

If so then your left is your existing release which would make the IPO a R4.2 while the expansion is a 3.1 (3.1 +2 = 5.1)
and your bin files (hopefully not the entire admin suite) seem to be 3.1 as well.

Could you clarify?
