no signal after upgrade avaya expansion module

After upgrade of Expansion module ANALOG POTS16+ from 5.1 to 10.9, no signal in connected phones. Module is connected to Avaya IP Office 2.1. Is some way to downgrade to early version? any suggestions would be welcome. Maybe some tips in configuration can reslove problem. Thank you

Have you tried to downgrade? What happens when you run upgrade from inside IP Office Manager for that release of IP Office. You should be able to select the checkbox next to the expansion even if its not selected by default.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

sorry, not 10.9, but 10.1 version. how to downgrade? Where i can get older firmware? i have upgrade from Office manager, there was another problem and i tried resolve it by upgrading.

it is amazing that the hardware is still running after 20 years but I could not find the admin software for 2.1

VmPro can be downloaded but the lowest admin is 3.2 maybe downgrading to that version will make it work.

The last version the IP403 could use was R5.0.26 if I remember right. But the 10.1 shows the modules firmware as R8.1 software.
