No ringtone on off premise IP phones (i2004 and IP 1230)

Hello,
I have two off premise IP phones, one IP 1230 and one i2004 on a BCM 50 rls 6.0 system.

They work fine except when the party dials a DN in the system they do not here the ringtone in the handset anymore.
Hearing no ringtone makes them think they made an error dialing. Then someone answers !!

Can someone help me on this one?

It'll have something to do with the VPN routers between the 2 sites is my guess.
