IP406V2 running 5.0(20) has unconditional forwarding set up to forward calls to a cell phone. The calls get to the cell phone but the caller doesn't hear ring back.
This worked fine when they had their IP403 running 2.0(18) -- they just upgraded to a refurbed 406.
Same carrier, same T1 card (they have a PRI installed)
If you do an assisted transfer you hear ring back. We also tried forwarding to a land line, still no ring back. They don't have any CO lines install, so we can't test that way (not my idea, trust me)
