No Ringback on Auto Attendant

Hi,

Please help me troubleshoot on how to delete the ringback on the Auto-attendant when call is from outside. We are using an embedded voicemail for our auto attendant. I already played the Ring persitency and Ring-off maximun in the Analog line option but I have no luck. Hope you can give some feedback.

ACA - IP Office Implement

We dont want our caller to hear any ring before it goes to the auto attendant. Because right now, the caller hear 3 rings first and then goes to the auto attendant announcement. Are there any way we can eliminate the 3 rings ?
 
you have analogue lines????

What is the mode set to?
Loop start of loop start ICLID.

If the latter switch to Loop start.

Also what short code are you using to route to AA?
 
YEs, we used anlaog lines and it was configured as loopstart. I've already tried to played along the ring persitency and ring -off maximun but no luck.

We are are using the embedded voicemail for the automated attendant. In my incoming call route, it was configured on the destination as AA:Attendant.

 
Does the call appear on Call Status immediatly? IE as soon as your hear ringing from your mobile/cell
 
Yes, I See "pre-alerting" and hear a ring signal. After 3-4 rings then, I heard the annoucement. The call status is then connected.
