No ring tone via VPN

Hi,

I got an issue with IP office 406 and voicemailpro between main office and remote site.When someone select an option to transfer a call to remote site via IVR the called party don't get ring tone even though the its rings in remote location.
The main site is ip406v2 with 4.1 (9)
VoicemailPro is 4.1 (27)
remote sites ip500 with 4.1 (9).

 
Faststart enabled on the IP Trunks?
Bug in VM Pro? Trial version is 4.1.36, current working version is 4.1.27 -> check on the caveats site

 
Are you using an assisted transfer?

FAststart enabled in IP trunk also using blind transfer
 
This is a known issue in 4.1.09
I actually got Avaya to issue me a PB for this.
a way to make it less of an issue is to turn on transfer announcement in VM Pro Transfer action.

I am not sure if this was fixed in 4.1.12 let mek now if it is.
