Hello.

I have an question regarding a symposium. i've no experience with the product

I have not much to go on. Since I just have stumbled upon this challenge. A new installation of a symposium, what can be the reason of that there are not showing?
is there any services that needs to be on. or is there any other feature that the installation guys may have missed?

I know there isn't much to go on. but I may have more info tomorrow, when i is on the location.

If you have no experience with the product then I don't know how much help you can get from a technical forum. You may have to have a Nortel Partner come out and spend some time with you on setup and training of the product.

If you have no experience then where do we start to explain?

Telebub is correct, you should call a Nortel shop to come out and help, you can learn from that experience. With no knowledge at all you can do alot more damage than good very easily.
