No reports in Undocked User installation

I have an undocked user that has no reports to choose from. If he logs in from a docked installation all the reports are there.

Why can't he see the reports on the undocked station?

Check the user is looking at GoldMine and not Crystal Reports. Check the user is looking at Public and not their own reports.

The user is looking at Goldmine and public and still nothing. Would it have something to do with the Sync settings?

Could be, make sure the reports are ticked to synchronise. If they are, then go through and edit each report description and see if they go across.
