No reply address

Hi, I have a client who has now received 3 emails where there is no reply email address. When she clicks reply it only brings up the name of the person who sent the email, and if you click on the properties there is also only a name and no email address.

At first we thought it might be spammers because it is a pretty new site, but now only of them has actually called to follow up the email, so it is a real request.

Does anyone know how and why this could be happening, and if there is any way to find out the email address if a message like this is received?

To me it sounds like their email server is not working right. It shows the smart tag "John Smith" for internal usage, and when sending out it is supposed to replace the smart tage with the email address. If both emails are from the same company then i would bet my money on that.
 
off hand i would say this email is from someone that just puts in their name in the Reply To field and sends it to people using the BCC.

this is sometimes used for mass mailings where the List of reciepients email addresses does not want to be divulged.
