Hi,
When a divert is put on an extension, a call is made out to the diversion destination with the original calls cli.
So A calls B, B is diverted to C. The PBX creates a call to C with the called number being C and the calling number being A.
There is no redirecting IE in the signalling to say who directed the call:
30/06/08 12:31:31
< 0120 - 08 002:0:0004 SETUP
bearer capability (003) 80 90 A3
chan id (003) 10100001 10000011 001
calling p.n (013) 00 80 01444xxxxxx --< A
called p.n (012) 80 07744xxxxxx --< C
sending complete
30/06/08 12:31:31
> 0120 - 08 002:1:0004 CALL PROC
chan id (003) 10101001 10000011 001
30/06/08 12:31:31
> 0120 - 08 002:1:0004 DISC
cause (002) type=82 value=001
30/06/08 12:31:31
< 0120 - 08 002:0:0004 REL
30/06/08 12:31:31
> 0120 - 08 002:1:0004 REL COM
Is there a configuration option to get the DX to include the redirecting IE?
Many thanks
