No Redial Function on 5610

I have a IP Office 406 on version 4.1 and I have 2 x 5610 handsets and the rest are digital handsets. Every digital phone can use redial and has outgoing call log no problem but the 2 IP 5610 handsets have no outgoing call log and no redial log available. Any Ideas?
 
Call Appearance keys? (i.e. have you got any programmed or did you delete them?)

They have been deleted. To make way for other features. Is this necessary for IP Phone call logs?

Yes... (that is why I asked ;-))

In fact, running a system without call appearances on system phones is not supported...

Call appearences will remove your LNR features and also the incoming/missed/outgoing logs.

My tip would be have key a and key b minimum and if you wish to have busy on the second call reserve your last call appearence.
