No Recording with Port Mirroring

I have a MiVCR with port Mirroring. I have record Ext with IP . but I don't have record Ext with MAC.

plz help me.

What system are your phones using? In the MiVB, you need to disable encryption or use a MBG/SRC.

I Know !. I select MAC address option and type it in. but i don't have Record.

I use 3300 Mxe, MiVB Ver 14 and disable encryption on the system option. but also I don't Record.

if its packet capturing , it has to be able to capture the packets
is the phone connected to a port that is mirrored to the port the server is listening on ?
do you get recordings if you connect that phone to a port thats being used by a phone that is recorded

sounds more like a switching issue than a recording one

i dont think you use dynamic when mac is entered (its a fixed endpoint not mobile)

can you tun wireshark on the call recorder and confirm that you are seeing packets for that MAC address?
if you are and its still not working then im out of ideas (you might have to log a ticket with mitel)
i dont have any RTP sites to use as a reference- ours are all SRC ones
