We have a recording solution for IP office 500 V2, which records all IP calls from extensions.
In our structure we have 1608 machines, E129 and Softphone
All calls are recorded by our system, except calls between extensions softphone.
Follows conduct a softphone call to a trunk or extension 1608 or E129, the call is recorded normally.
Only when the calls originated from and going to softphone, the call is not recorded.
Has anyone ever seen a case like that?
It may be something related to the parameter "Direct media"?
