No "Entire Network" in my network places

Win2000 pro client logging on to an NT4 server domain.
When an administrator logs on he can see "Entire Network" in my network places. When an ordinary logs on he cannot see "entire network" in my network places.

Any solutions my tekful friends?

I will have to check with the guy who manages the server. They won't let me near it.
