I have an AD DNS Network with one DC. I recently got a Panosonic Printer with NIC onboard. I load the driver in my 2k Server, give it an IP address, name and all that. When it gets to sharing and ask about listing it in the Directory I say yes.
Then I go to a client and search the AD for it. No printer. I go to Network Neighborhood and find the Server. I also find the printer from there. I am having bad problems trying to get it to print. I was able to get one workstation to print on it. Tried a different workstation...It won't print.
What could possibly be the problem and why won't it show up in AD.
