no outgoing via sip trunk

Hello Everyone,

I'm newbie installation of Sip Trunk for 3300 ICP version 43.0.1.16. My issue is there is no outgoing but I have an Incoming. I've done configuration for COS for sip trunk, trunk attributes, route as, digits dialed, and last for sip peer profile.

What happens when attempting an outgoing call? Fast busy, etc? What appears on the screen of the pone making the call?

its fast busy and it is invalid on the phone screen
 
My understanding is it if says Access Denied, it is COS. If it says Invalid Number, it is the ARS. (At least from a 69XX phone display)
 
access denied /invalid can also be that the CPN isnt allowed on the trunk
 
it is possible that your outgoing callerID (DID Servce Number) is not allowed by the carrier. Are you using a MBG in the SIP trunk connection?
 
get a packet capture - easy to read sip traffic and you can normally see what the issue is
sip tail on in maintenance commands - can paste the results in here
 
Thanks for all your reply, my issue was resolved. The cause of problem is from TELCO vendor.
