no outbound calls

One of my clients had a power failure and now they can't make outbound calls. They only receive a busy signal.

I bet they have an integrated circuit that is split off as POTS lines. The circuit probably needs to be reset by their service provider.

Thanks for the reply. I finally got to them to check it out. I think someone had been messing around with punch block. Two ports had poor connection. Repunched and restarted all is well.
