I am installing Business Object XI on a Win2k3 server with IIS and .NET 1.1.

Problem is during the installation I am only given the option of installing the Tomcat web server, and not the IIS. IIS is grayed out.

Anyone ever seen this?

Yes.
Make sure that you have the .NET framework installed. When I installed i needed to add it under Windows Components. The installation application is not recognizing your system as .NET compliant.

If that does not work, install VB.NET and try again.

Is this an upgrade? If so, it will upgrade everything that was installed from the previous version without giving you the option to select/deselect anyhting.

I removed IIS and .NET, re-added them and themn installed XI. Seems to be OK now.
