I have a 8730 running 5.0 and have a question on Caller ID. Can it be set up so if an agent places a call to different numbers they can choose different ani to send? If this is possible how would you set that up?
 
Caller-ID is controlled by public unknown number tables. I don't think there is a way to change the caller-ID sent on a per call basis.

You can block caller-ID on a per call basis using the Per Call CPN blocking feature.
 
If you send it out on different trunks you can change it...

Call A goes trunk group 1
Call B goes trunk group 2
Etc...

Just an option.
