no Name display Sip to Cisco

Need help, Cisco dialing Nortel phone both phones have complete digit/name (Caller ID) display. if Nortel dials cisco phone, Cisco receives CLID & name display, Nortel phones no name display. Is there any additional entries in DCH=RCAP?

Are you able to enter in any of the RCAP settings such as "NDI" etc
