no MWL on a couple phones on an SV9100 & UM8000

Today I was on a job site and testing to make sure voice mail was picking up on two extensions: X301 and X302.
Calls were going to the VMboxes after about 6 rings, I left test msgs. and they were recorded and I could access them.
But the red MWL in the center above the display just would not light up. I checked the programming and everything was the same as X303, which has a working MWL. I cannot find ANYTHING different in programming.
Any ideas?
 
Check the mail box in the UM-8000. I believe there is a setting for MW.
 
Can you give me the codes for admin on that system?
 
You need to log in with a web browser. Use the UM-8000 IP address and the log in and password for the system administrator.
