Hi,
I have tried as many possible things as I can to get hold music to play after our queue message and it just will not work
We have a standard radio plugged into the office ip system in the right spots

When I dial *34 I can hear the radio fine
Telephony -> Tones & Music -> Hold Music - is set to external
Hunt Group is set to wait 15 seconds play the .wav hold recording Post announcement tone is hold music
I checked the wav file for any extra blank space at the end there is nothing
also waited 45 seconds on hold after the message still no music

forgot to add

IP 500 8.0 (51)

Try turning of "synchronize calls" on the announcements tab.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

You do realise you could be braking the law , have you checked local broadcast regulations???

Did you try to change the "Hold Music Source" into System Source at the hunt group, just below the "Overflow Mode"?

Watch the progression of the call in monitor and see if it even tries to play the file.

You launch monitor , make sure you apply all you correct filters :)
