No Music On Hold while Conferencing 1

Just implemented Music on hold and it does not work while conferencing in someone else to a vector that normally would play music. any help?thanks

I believe you have to tell vectoring to use music on hold. there may be a entry for it within the vectoring language, but I'm not sure without looking at the docs.

the vector has music programmed in it and it works fine. the problem is when i conference someone else in, then the music does not play until i drop the conference.

check your sysetem features to see if music on hold is setup and what for, also check your cor for the telephones involved and see if they are set to hear music on hold.

system features has music on hold set up to the correct port and all cors are set to hear it. i should have told you we are running a V6. maybe it is a version issue

there is no music when you use the conference , this is how avaya has designed the system , so do not waste your time looking how to solve it .

music on hold does not play with conference .
