No MSN on ISDN through IP trunk 1

Dear all,

Please help.....

I have implemented IP Office at 2 different location connected on IP trunks (H450).

site1 have ISDN with 50 MSN and site2 has no ISDN. When i try to call from site2 by accessing the site1 ISDN, in this case i am ableto call out but unable to get MSN numbers on my mobile it displays only the pilot number.

If i try to call from site1 i am geting the MSN.

I have checked on trace that calling party number in blank when i call from site2 by accessing site1 ISDN.

you need to add it in your ARS or user short codes. in the telephone number field you need

1Nsxxxxxxxxxx
or 1Nsixxxxxxxxxx

where xxx is the phone number you want to send out.

you can also do
1NsxxxxxxE and it will fill in the ext number

I can see on trace the calling party number till the site1 IP trunk and when the call switchs to ISDN there is no number on calling party field.

IP trunk site2 - yes calling party number
IP trunk site1 - yes calling party number
ISDN site1 - no calling party number
