No more room.. 1

Hi,

I'm trying to copy some keys to a new extension using the same process as I have always done. However, I now get this:

Directory Number Button Number Error Message
3099 2 No more room for a new member in the busy lamp group.
3 No more room for a new member in the busy lamp group.
6 No more room for a new member in the busy lamp group.

it copies a couple of the entries but the others fail (the above happened when I tried a smaller amount)

Anyone able to help?

3099 is the new extnsion that i created, I am copying the keys from an existing configured ext

You can only have a maximum of 16 appearances.

Aha, I see. Well 3099 is new and not on any other phones. BUT I am copying a load of other keys along with it which (by the looks of it) appear on 16 or more other phones. That would cause problems...

Depending on your configuration (Cluster or Not) you may be able to program up to 32 Key Line Appearances. The 16 might be the limitation for the local controller in a cluster. Been a while, but I take it you get the jist.
