Hi, please send help and chocolate:
When my clients try to connect to folders on the server (NT4.0 SP6) they get the following message:
"No more connections can be made to the remote computer at this time because there are already as many connections as the computer can accept."
I've only got 4 PCs on the network so I don't understand why I'm getting this message. I've looked at License Manager to check, but I'm covered with 10 per seat licenses. Does anyone know what I can do here to resolve this? Thx, K [bigears]

Check the share and make sure that it is not limited to the number of connections.

In services, shut down LICENSING. That will clear the count.
Then restart it. Glenn

hi check out the sharing for these folders, it may have been limited to less than what u actually want, it is safe to keep it "maximum allowed".

this has nothing to do with license.

Please let us know if this helps!
