Hello,

On one of my pc's there doesn't appear to be a monitor stanby option in the power management menu. There are options for the hard disks, and entering system standby, but none for the monitor. Is this related to the monitor, or xp?

Regards

David

willisd,

Usually this is a function of the capabilities of the monitor. If your monitor doesn's support standby, or if you have an incorrect monitor listed in Device Manager, then Windows won't offer you an unsupported option.
