No MOH on Incoming SIP trunks

Hi There I am new to the formu.

I am running 3300ICP 4.2. MOH is not working on any incoming SIP calls from bandwidth.com upgraded to 5.0 latest and same thing. Outgoing is fine, incoming PRI is fine. I thought i check before runnign to colo for wireshark traces. Thank you!!
 
Try a conference as well, if that doesn't work (no audio to the sip endpoint) then it's a firewall/port issue.

Assuming here local MOH works.
 
In the COS of the SIP trunks in the General tab go to Call Hold and enable Music on Hold on Transfer.

I have a similar issue...just upgraded to 5.0...now have one-way audio on my remote IP sets on the other side of the SIP trunks...using MutliTech MVP 210...was fine before upgrade...open ticket with Mitel...will check items above...any other suggestions?
