no longer able to edit menu items in Aloha

Upon deleting old employee info and employee numbers, I am no longer able to edit menu items. Also, I am now very limited in the options I can use in aloha. For example, in the maintenance drop down menu I only have the options of labor-> employees,edit punch reasons, menu-> flex taxes, size groups, hardware-> labels, display boards. So you guys know, I am running version 5.3.16 of the aloha manager.

The first thing I would check are the rights on the user you are using. You may have accidentally changed the back of house rights on this user.
