No licenses Avalible?

I just installed CCC on a 2003 R2 SP1 server. I have done teck tips 119 and 128. When I try and open reporter its says there are no licenses avalible. Any Ideas?

Try to stop and then restart the CCC Reportign Service. I had this same issue and this step resolved it.
 
Check the Delta Server screen for licenses. It lists the CCC licenses available and those used. As far as I know the CCC server and apps check for license availability againnst the Delta Server rather than direct to the IP Office.
 
There is a little piec of software somewhere in the CCC directory calld "admin.exe", run it and fill in the correct data. Especially the ip address of the ip office must be correct.
 
What I found was a problem with ASP.NET. I dont work on server platforms very often so I am not exactly sure what the option was but there was a check box under the ASP.NET options that allowed or disallowed access to local server apps. Sorry I dont know name of what I checked but as soon as I did we had reports.
