No incoming calls

Hello,

All of a sudden our avaya 403 stop receiving incoming calls. When calling in, you hear a busy tone. Any suggestions will be helpful.

voicemail pro?, analog or pri?, what is supposed to do(ring phones or go to voicemail)?

PRI. The phone is suppose to ring. All licenses are valid. Someone copied the config file with the purpose to load it to a 406. When they did that incoming calls stopped. Instead of a busy signalling the message is "number cannot be completed as dial, ISUP announcement 240018005". Thanks for the previous suggestions any more will be helpfult.

Ok everything is fine now. The phone company is installing another T1 line and cut off the old PRI (T1). Thanks for your help guys.
