NO INCOMING CALL TO NOKIA OVER SIP

i tried to register nokia N97 and e72 model telephones to ip office as a sip users

i could register two kind of nokia easily, but i can only call one side. Nokia can call to avaya phones but when i try to call from avaya phone it fail and redirecting to voicemail

i tried with Iphone using acrobits software registering the same user setting, there is no problem, both side can call each other.

what must i do extra to able to call from avaya phones to nokia?

The N97 will not work, I have the N97 here and i also tried it. I haven't tested the E72.

I have found an addon for SIP on a Nokia E series to get some extra advanced settings;

i downloaded that sis file it contains advanced voip settings but i looked every step in voip manual of nokia and searched nokia forums, nobody talks about one way calling. nokia cannot understand incoming sip calls.only it can send calls to avaya
