Error description on one of the trunks of an ip office 500
"the following line had no incoming call route for a call"

The help file on the SSA is of no help since it doesnt show anything about this error. I just just think that maybe the line was having connection issues during this time?

SSA relies on the engineers knowledge to take that error and act on it, it shouldn't walk you through it really, anyone using it is meant to be trained

ok, fair enough, but generally does it mean that the line went down a bit?

No not that the line went down!
That there wasn't a specific route for that particular number dialed in the incoming call route part of the config.
