No inbound traffic

We have a Cisco 506E VPN and 2620 Router. A remote traceroute is stopping at the serial interface for the router. It has been working fine with the configuration for over a year and no changes were made. Outgoing and internal traffic works fine.

Any ideas on what could be the problem?

Who ever knows How to configure cisco 1841 dsl router inbound access to exchange server which is located in the lan.
